Just today Build A Bear Workshop just sent out a Safety Recall nearly 300,000 Colorful Hearts Teddy Bear sold in the US and Canada for risk of choking. People should immediately take the bear back to any Build a Bear store to recieve a coupon for any available stuffed animal from Build A Bear.
