All I do is zoom the photo in as much as I want then press the printscreen button (Prt Scr).

Then I open paint and on the top left it will say edit. Click on edit and drag the arrow down to paste. Your photo should then appear on the screen.

From there you can do what you want with it.

To cut it out click on the dotted square on the left then click on where you want one corner of your photo to be and drag your mouse to make as big a square as you want. Do not let got of the mouse button while dragging.

Next you go up to edit again and click on cut. Your square will disappear, but not for good.
Next go to image on the top and click on clear image. (that clears the stuff you don't want)
Next go back to edit and click paste.

To get rid of the white click image again and click on attributes. In the boxes with with and height put in 10 for with and 76 for height. (your photo will get small.) right click on your image on the screen and click paste. (or go to edit and click paste) You are then done and can save it to your computer where you want.

Fn + Prt Screen (It might say insert on the button as well
Then, open paint, and press Ctrl + V

Hopes that this helps.
Also, you might wanna zoom in a little.
