Here it is:
Heres how I did it:
1. Get a Prt Scrn Pic of the Gaming Move.
2. Go On Paint.Net (That's what I used!)
3. press Crtrl + V at same time.
4. Crop it to the size of the Rectangle.
5. Fill the Background. (There'll Be some text left)
6. Go on to Paint Brush.
7. Go to paint Brush size 40. (Keep the same colour)
8. Colour over the Text.
9. Get a TV picture press CTRL + V at same time.
10. Type what you want it to say in the TV!
