While the Ice Cream parlor in Town will not be accessable to everyone. You have to have all 4 bears to get to it. Then when u have all four u also get a Ice Cream room for your cub condo house. |
Actually the ice cream parlor for condos, is for people that brought to life all 4 ice cream bears, which anyone can go to, but only way to get it by collecting all 4 bears(source PrincessOctober13), but the one in Bearywood Mall is open to everyone(Source Bearville Times) |
