All you have to do is have the picture you want saved on your computer.

the next thing you're going to do is- go to your profile:


click on my profile on the right hand side of the forum.



click on avatar


Next thing is uploading your picture you're going do this by clicking on choose file

Find the picture you want.

REMEMBER TO CLICK SAVE
